Owns the integrated management system: safety and environmental procedures, incident investigation, forest management and chain of custody certification, internal audits, cultural heritage protection and community and regulator liaison across all three sites.

- Maintain the safety and environment register and investigate incidents
- Run pre-harvest environmental and cultural heritage assessments
- Coordinate forest management and chain of custody audits
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and licence and ticket tracking
- Report to regulators and respond to community concerns

The register of coupe harvest plans, crews, haulage arrangements and daily coupe records for the plantation estate and the native forest allocation.
Log Yard and Stock Register
Tracks every log batch, kiln charge and sawn pack from receipt to despatch, with grade, volume, bay location and certification status.
